When Dentico started its teeth-whitening promotion in March – in celebration of its second birthday – it received a great response from its patients. Over the past four months – to this very day – people from all over Cape Town are still booking appointments to improve the shade of their smile.

To add to the affordable teeth-whitening packages on offer, suppliers Wright Millners recently gifted Dentico with a teeth-whitening bleach light, valued at R6000.

This has made a notable impact to the surgery’s in-chair procedures.

“I’d like to thank Wright Millners for being amazing suppliers. The teeth-whitening bleach light and its Ultradent products have made a big difference, creating more and more beautiful smiles,” said Dr Hendricks.

“After buying supplies in bulk, the team at Wright Millners gave me a call to sort me out with the bleaching light – free of charge! The light activates the bleach much quicker during the in-chair treatment, helping me achieve better results.

“All of my patients have been delighted with their new smiles. And are purchasing the take-home kits to enjoy long-lasting effects.”

Dr Hendricks believes Dentico’s teeth-whitening affordable pricing has made the packages very popular.

“I have people driving in from areas like Plumstead, Constantia, Somerset West and Brackenfell… all the way to Eerste River to see me. I strongly believe the affordable costs of my packages are a big reason why they travel so far for treatment,” said Dr Hendricks.

She also encouraged anyone who smokes or suffers from diet or drinking stains to visit Dentico.

“Patients who are chronic smokers are often unhappy with the colour of their teeth. It’s the same for people who drink coffee regularly or those on a diet, where foods like beetroot and curries stain your teeth quite dramatically,” she explained.

“Discolouring of the teeth can also be inherited. If a pregnant woman has a high intake of fluoride or antibiotics during pregnancy, it often impacts on the colouring of the teeth. People in the Northern Cape also have a high level of flouride in their water, so the colouring of their teeth is impacted by their water consumption.

“For anyone suffering from the effects mentioned, I’d strongly advise them to come see and undergo a teeth-whitening treatment. My patients have experienced¬† amazing results and their new smiles have made a big difference in their lives.

“This emphasises Dentico’s mission statement… creating new smiles, everyday!”
