Dentico will be open on Monday for patients needing dental attention over the long weekend.
After fully-booked schedules on Friday and Saturday, Dr Hendricks will be accepting bookings on Monday until 4PM.
It was initially planned for the Dentico team to enjoy a long weekend, but the demand by patients has persuaded the surgery to keep its doors open.
“We were fully booked on Friday and Saturday. And we have more requests for Monday. So we will see as many patients as possible,” said Dr Hendricks. “I’m sympathetic to the fact that people have busy schedules, so they don’t always have the opportunity to break away from work to visit us. I’m always motivated to give my clients the best possible care.
“I look forward to helping out as many patients as possible over the long weekend.”
Dr Hendricks added that she can’t believe how quickly time has sped by in 2018.
“It’s almost May! The past four months have gone by pretty quickly,” she explained. “We’ve been fully booked on most business days, especially on a Saturday. So I will always advise my patients to call in and secure their slot before coming in.”
With the busy schedule, Dr Hendricks is motivated to continue this impressive momentum for the rest of the year.
“I love my patients. I’ve managed to build great relationships and trust with most of them. This makes my job easier because they trust me to do a good job. This also encourages me to be patient with them during their treatments, especially for adults and children who are scared of the dentist.
“Being able to eliminate that fear boosts my passion for dentistry. I want them to relax when they’re in my chair, which makes my job a whole lot easier.”
With the past four months being highly successful period for Dentico, Dr Hendricks expects more of the same for the rest of 2018 thanks to their payment plan structures.
“We go out of our way for patients – in and out of the chair. We want them to be comfortable during treatments and offer prices and payment plans that are easier on the pocket,” said Dr Hendricks.
“There’s been a big spike on cosmetic treatments, which include teeth whitening and crowns. This is all because of our payment plans. Instead of paying one big amount, patients are able to pay their treatments via monthly installments. And so far, this has been working very well.
“We are creating so many new smiles everyday!”
